- Write down feeding amounts and times
- Write down medication doses and times
- Leave the vet's number and the nearest emergency vet
- Leave your contact info and travel dates
- Show where the leash, food, and supplies are
- Stock enough food and litter for the trip, plus extra
- Note walk, play, and bedtime routines
- Note quirks, fears, and escape risks
- Share the house key or door code
- Leave the Wi-Fi password
- Authorize the sitter with your vet for care while you're away
- Set up a camera or check-in plan (optional)
