- Degrease the range hood and backsplash
- Clean inside the oven
- Clean inside the fridge and freezer
- Descale the coffee maker and kettle
- Wipe down small appliances
Bathrooms
- Scrub grout and caulk
- Wash or replace the shower curtain liner
- Clean the exhaust fan cover
- Clear out the medicine cabinet (dispose of expired medicine safely)
Bedrooms
- Rotate or flip the mattress
- Wash pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors
- Clean under the bed
- Declutter closets and donate unworn clothes
Living areas
- Vacuum upholstery and under cushions
- Dust books, shelves, and decor
- Wash throw blankets and pillow covers
